§ Partnership Structures

Three models. One center of gravity.

Each partnership type is built around a specific operational need — not a generic sponsorship tier. Select the model that matches your organization.

"We stopped treating childcare referrals as a courtesy and started treating them as a channel. Twelve new patient families in the first quarter."

— Dr. Simone Adeyemi, DDS · Brightside Pediatric Dental, Midtown
(01)Referral Network

Pediatric Dental Practices · Pediatricians · Enrichment Studios

Formalize the referral relationship you already informally have. When a patient family asks where their child goes during the day, your front desk has an answer. We send new-patient leads your direction. The math is straightforward: 312 families, most with two to four dental visits annually.

(02)Corporate Backup Care

HR Directors · Benefits Managers · Operations Teams

When an employee's regular sitter cancels at 7:15 AM on a Tuesday, your benefits package either absorbs the disruption or doesn't. We hold guaranteed backup slots for corporate partners — enrolled, credentialed, and ready. Pricing is invoiced monthly, not per-incident, so your budget forecasting stays clean.

(03)Co-Location & Programming

Enrichment Franchises · Specialty Instructors · Children's Brands

Our playrooms don't run at full capacity on late afternoons or Saturday mornings. If your enrichment concept — robotics, music, movement, language — needs a credentialed space with enrolled families already on-site, we have a structured co-location agreement that gets you in front of the right audience without a lease.

§ Licensing & Accreditation

The inspection report.
Every box checked.

Credentials laid out as they appear in our licensing file — the document a facilities director leaves open on their desk during a board presentation.

National Association for the Education of Young Children. Highest voluntary quality standard in early childhood. Fewer than 10% of U.S. centers hold this designation.

All three campuses exceed state child-to-staff ratios. Toddler rooms: 1:3 vs. 1:4 required. Preschool: 1:7 vs. 1:10 required.

Pediatric CPR, First Aid, and MAT (Medication Administration Training) maintained across all staff. Zero lapses in certification coverage in 36 months.

Industry average is 2.1 years. Our lead teacher average tenure of 6.2 years directly correlates to attachment continuity — the metric corporate backup care partners ask about most.

Child and Adult Care Food Program Tier I participant. Meals meet federal nutritional guidelines; documentation available for corporate partners' HR benefit filings.

General liability policy current through December 2026. Certificate of Insurance provided to all corporate backup care partners and co-location operators upon agreement execution.

§ Common Questions

A simple one-page mutual referral MOU — no exclusivity, no fees. Both parties agree to refer to each other when a family asks. We track and report referrals quarterly.

Corporate partners purchase a monthly slot reservation (2, 4, or 6 slots). Reserved slots are guaranteed available with 90 minutes' notice on weekdays. Unused slots do not roll over but are invoiced at a flat monthly rate for budget predictability.

Co-location partners sign a 6-month renewable license agreement. You bring curriculum and instructor; we provide the credentialed space, enrolled audience communication, and liability umbrella. Revenue share is negotiated per program.

No. We do not ask for exclusivity in any partnership category. A pediatric dental practice can maintain relationships with multiple childcare centers. We compete on quality and referral volume.
